Details
Pros
Some of the people are nice and the campus is attractive, safe, and secure.
Cons
The management is non existent and the training is even worse. There is no training. They put you on a job and expect you to know everything from day one. Other employees can be vile and competitive.
Advice to Senior Management
Start a training program for your employees and demand that the workplace become a more inclusive, team oriented environment.

Pros
Good benefits. Good people to work with.
Cons
Owned by venture capitalist with very short term goals. No investing in people or technology for the future. Mixed signals as to present and future prospects. High turnover, voluntary and otherwise.
Advice to Senior Management
Single, concise and understandable strategy. Better and consistent communications. Improved future vision. More concern for employees.
