    Low balls contactor's on pay and never receive pay I was owed

    ProsThere are no pros to working for this company

    ConsPoorly run. Relies mostly on overseas coders so beware of losing your job with them quickly.

    Advice to Senior ManagementStop treating your US coders like chattel.

    President has ADD, COO is a puppet (but a nice guy)

    ProsOffice is convenient to downtown Allentown

    Cons1) President is too involved in the day-to-day operations, often changing his mind from one week to the next. He will question you and ridicule you in front of others on why you are doing something, when it was he who instructed you to do it in the first place.

    2) The COO is a nice guy, but has no spine and will not stand up to the president on behalf of his employees.

    3) The VP of Finance only has a job because of nepotism. Good luck getting vendors to help with issues, as they are not paid on time and are constantly hold that over your head.

    4) There is no personal time, you are expected to be on the clock 24x7.

    5) The President and VP of Finance often lie and encourage employees to do the same.

    Advice to Senior Management1) Let the employees do their jobs, make decisions, etc.
    2) Make a plan and stick to it.
    3) PAY YOUR BILLS ON TIME.
    4) Be Ethical.

    Great place to work...for those who are willing to work.

    ProsVery creative and innovative company. They know how to streamline processes and motivate people.

    ConsThere are a handful of dedicated, hardworking individuals, including the leadership, that carry the bulk of the work but need to select managers who also have the same work ethic and experience.

    Advice to Senior ManagementDo not allow former employees to return since they lower the morale with their negativity.

    Micro Management at its best (or worst)

    ProsFairly flexible working hours. People are great. Free water (when the bill is paid).

    ConsSr. Management loves to micro manage. CEO tends to be involved at all levels, even the most mundane. There is little direction and you're left on your own to figure things out. What direction is given often changes from week to week. Very poor pay. No room for advancement. Company outsources accounting, IT, and all medical coding to India. Work/Personal life has no boundaries, you are expected to be available 24x7x365, even when on vacation.

    Advice to Senior ManagementLet your people do the jobs you hired them for. Stop the micro management.

    Advice to Senior ManagementPick a course of action and stick to it and allow people to perform the job you hired them to do.
