    Sales Advisor

Part-time Sales Advisor (Current Employee) Santa Barbara, CA

ProsMost of my co-workers were fun to work with. You get to be the first to have access to our newest trends and bargains. It was easy to grow laterally within the company. Traveling to help open stores was a bonus

ConsNot as organized. throughout the years, the team has gotten lazier and lazier when it comes to running back clothes from the fitting room. accountability just got worse.

Advice to Senior ManagementIncentive when cleaning, split up task fairly, help in instead of just standing arond

-management not as involved on the sales floor as I would have hoped for.
