Benefits are great and you meet a lot of new people within the company.

    Cons

Long hours. Not much room for growth of your not a favorite.

    Advice to Management

Favoritism was a big issue. Also communication was a big opportunity. Lots of Chiefs not enough Indians.

    Pros

25% discount which can also be used on sale items and designer collaborations. Sometimes employees even got up to 50% off of the designer collaborations.
Benefits offered to both full-time and part-time.
Starting rate for sales associates much higher than minimum wage.
Quick growth opportunities within the company.

    Cons

Shipments often came in excessive amounts, causing the sales staff to have to pack the new arrivals into the fixtures, which led to an unhappy customer and the stereotype that the store is always messy.
Ridiculous demands from the district managers; including but not limited to, expecting one person to clean an entire floor in an hour on extremely busy days, such as Black Friday.
The Company claims to be "flat-level" meaning that all employees are equal, regardless of their position. This is not the case in the U.S. stores.

    Advice to Management

Both, store and district managers need to learn to be on the same page. More often than not, staff was confused because they were receiving orders that contradicted that of other managers.

    Pros

Many benefits offered, great starting pay, interesting and sociable team

    Cons

Can get extremely busy as expected but decent stress management will be enough

    Advice to Management

No advice to management, they all did a very great job and are on the same level as the employees as being friends
