I have been working at H&M

    Pros

The company does value it's employees. Only promotes from within.

    Cons

They do not hire full time. You need to earn your way up which takes AT LEAST 5+ years just to be a full time employee. More work than employees. They start you off hire than minimum wage but you're expected to do a lot more than typical retail jobs. Hours are horrible. I went many weeks with only 2 days on the schedule.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

They need to be fair when scheduling employees. Many employees needed to get a second job because they hardly gotten hours
