    Pros

Being able to coach aspiring SA's and grow within the company and styling mannequins to create an impacted story

    Cons

I love to do store openings! I wish I could do that all the time! Unfortunately, Being that I have a store to work in as a home base, I have to stay for long periods of time.

    I worked at H&M part-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

    Teamwork is really emphasized
    Coworkers are great
Managers do grunt work with you
    Open door policy
Your birthday is considered a holiday (paid time off)
25% discount off the lowest marked sale

    Cons

-Customers can be extra difficult so you have to be able to keep your cool at all times since customer service here is a huge deal

    Recommends

    I worked at H&M full-time (less than a year)

    Pros

    - medical benefits for entry level position
    - high starting pay
    - loose dress code (management request that you dress stylishly and trendy)

    Cons

    - no training. Every couple of hours, your task changes from working in the backroom tagging new items, to cashier, to dressing room assistant. There's no organization or schedule so figuring out where you are needed when is very frustrating.
    - work schedule changes without notice. Check daily what hours you are scheduled to work because shifts will be cut and added without any comment to you.
    - no respect if you inconvenience management. I requested a day off in advance and when the incorrect day was taken off my schedule, I spoke to management and was told I was lying. Miscommunication and errors occur, but it's very demeaning to be told you are lying.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

-more emphasis on training new hires.
-clear communication needed between everyone on the sales floor

    Doesn't Recommend
    Positive Outlook
