I have been working at H&M full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

    Fun environment
    Good discount
    A decent amount of hours

    Cons

High work load for how much you are paid
Not much motivation to excel/do more than the minimum requirements

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Managers (team coaches) within the customer service center are immature and need to be trained on how to keep their personal life separate from their work life.

    I have been working at H&M full-time

    Pros

Great company culture, very open-minded but still professional. Bigger stores feel more like a family. Smaller stores are pretty blah. Pay is good especially when you are promoted, and they really push for employees to move up within the company.

    Cons

Regular retail issues, unruly customers. Sometimes scheduling is off but nothing that can't be rectified once you're straight forward.

I have been working at H&M part-time (less than an year)

    Pros

Really fun, friendly coworkers, 25% discount, good benefits

    Cons

clocking in a minute late is still considered late so lateness is a serious thing! please be sure to be responsible and on time and try your best to come to work a little earlier (by like 5-10 minutes) so you have time to clock yourself without rushing, it can get stressful on weekends to close and clean the store so prepare for that

    Pros

    Cons

This company care's nothing about customers or their employees. All they want is you to shove the product to the floor and let it fall to the floor. yuck!
