I worked at H&M part-time for less than a year
Pros – The people are great, the discounts are awesome, and there were always a lot of hours to work.
Cons – VERY strict on timeliness (my previous job had a grace period, didn't know this one didn't until it was too late).
Advice to Senior Management – You guys gotta ease up and give EVERYone a chance to shine. Don't pick favorites.
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend

I have been working at H&M full-time for more than 3 years
Pros – Growth potential, since H&M is always opening new stores around the country (and world). Better than most salary versus comparable retailers (like Forever 21) plus they offer health benefits.
Sometimes there would be bonuses with giftcards, and special employee discounts.
Cons – For the most part, full-time staff must have open availability, as in your schedule will change every week. Most weekends you will work, and your shift could be anywhere from 6am-3pm to 2pm-11pm. Very difficult to have work/life balance with this schedule, even though you are technically scheduled for 40 hours a week.
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
