H&R Block Reviews
-
Pros
H & R Block is good for people who like to learn challenging new things. There is always a new tax law to learn and there are always clients who come in with an unique situation. H & R Block provides advancement opportunities through continuing education and by testing. The commissions can be lucrative if you get yourself a lot of clients.
Cons
The job only last from January to April, unless you are a Senior Tax preparer, then you can work all year round. During the off season, the hours are part time.
Advice to Senior Management
I approve of the new changes for tax season 2010.
