    Pros

Work life balance is good in few projects.

    Cons

    - Managers in US are afraid of their own job so play games with employees in India.
    - All good work going to Symphony Teleca and Wipro.
    - India managers enjoys life without any clear vision.
    - Managers do not give credit to employees who does good work.
    - Boot lickers are rewarded.
    - No innovation mindset.
    - Third party vendors are given more importance than native employees because managers in US does not want to empower IDC employees because they fear for the job and want to take credit.
    - Big time politics is happening with many incapable employees.

    Advice to Management

A big push to Symphony teleca employees will eventually lead to loosing native employees. This tendency will cost in the long run.
