Pros – great leadership,
easy to grow
Cons – for proft= 1 person does many jobs...
lower salary than other hospitals
Advice to Senior Management – spend the money to add FTEs, you will reap the rewards..
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company

I have been working at HCA full-time for less than a year
Pros – - can't think of any
Cons – -work harder than in most places because they are always short staffed
-most of the RNs have ADN degrees.
-they make you clock out for lunch....who does that?
-VERY FEW HOLIDAY PAY!!!! july 4th I worked....there was no time and a half. what kind of place is this?
Advice to Senior Management – pay your nurses more than they deserve....there are better hospitals out there...

I worked at HCA
Pros – Complete benefits package (but not a very good package).
401K has a good match
Cons – horrible medical insurance and you must use an HCA facility; very little room for upward mobility; low pay. It all about money and working the staff to death.
Advice to Senior Management – It's easy for upper management to be happy as they have hugh salaries and bonuses. The rest of us are just trying to pay the bills.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
