If at Ho you will get chance to visit various sites all over india on projects ranging form bridges to nclear power station, if you are interested. if you are on site i would say they have the best site facilities as compared to any other company in India.

Cons

Hr functionis very non transparent pay rise, promotion very biased and some people in HR get promotion or double promotin every year along with their gangs. At Ho guesthouse is considered as sole property of Hr department.

HCC is one of the leading infratsucture company with 80 years old history. Probably it is one of the best infrastructure company for civil engineers.
