Pros – It gives you full time contract so if you are not in a project they put you in the bench and you are still getting your salary

Cons – You can see the obvious preference to the employees from India so if you are not, you will have to ask for everything twice or more.
The HR guy is so unresponsive and loads of the time you will end up doing the paperwork by yourself.

Cons – Culturally challenging. Inefficiencies and disorganization. Communication challenges. Lack of trust. Too much bureaucracy hampering efficiency. Cronyism. Not many opportunities in America.

Advice to Senior Management – Reduce bureaucratic processes. Increase trust in employees. Open communication channels among all levels of employees to facilitate efficient operations.

I can not say any other pros about this company.

Cons – very less salary.
No appreciation.
Senior management is focused only profit and keep sucking employee blood.
They dont care employee they care for client. weather client is wrong they will blame to employee.
They bring employee on L1 visa and give very less salary in comparision to market.
