please take sincere feed back from the front end sales people and act on it to achieve your targets, rather than just pushing your back end ideas to them

Not a very company to start your career with esp. MBA & Engg..Salary is very less as compared to industry standards.Top Bosses are Diploma holders or Just Degree Holders they dont know what work to take from MBA OR Engg..They will make you their personal assistants and ruin your future.

Analyse the Qualities of Employees then give them jobs rather than ruining their lives..

You will have value for money earned in future life since you will start in this company with a very low salary which modern world would never expect. Technically you will learn some good skills.
Cons
You will be valued for nothing here. Your work will not be monitored or praised. You will be transfer to any where without asking your opinion . no considerations

Environment is very relaxing.
Brandname is awesome, really something you can show off
Technical equipments or server systems are quite high class

very old fashioned. The work culture is not much corporate. your supervisors are irritating. Worst of all, theres simply not much growth for any employee

Instead of humming, employees are center of the earth try to look after their career growth in the company. Modernize the environment.
