1. Cool Environment to work.

1. Too much stress on processes while not aligning them to business benefits.
2. Stress on people getting technical knowledge than making managers.

Please reduce the processes and paperwork. It is killing the guys will to perform and work.

Employees under certain business units does not get proper salary hike due to various budget issues irrespective of their performance.

High experience folks > 20 years managers should know how to talk to people. Most of the folks behave like a Govt high official officers. Most of the people don’t have the people management skills, Promotion should be given based on the people skill.

Less poilitics when compared to others, but at times the poliitics in totally heights.

Very very very bad salary when compared with the peers, very less onsite opportunities and few fortunate ones always get to go onsite and for customer interactions.

Employee first customer second should be practised and not just be in paper. Can think of giving hikes to the employees from time to time
