please do proper planning from hiring to deployment of a employee and look at the concerns raised in the cons section

Nice Onsight Opportunities.
Easy environments of work & good exposure/liberty to observe and learn and only iff the project requires you badly.
No gain even if there's a pain so the rest is assured and high job security.
Global leadership/Amazingly talented/top notch leadership qualities comprise the top level management.

Uncertain variations in the packages of employees sitting on the same band/working in equally rated projects technically.
Yes, The project assignments to the hires could get inappropriate in some cases.
Politics grow inevitably in the forums of the middle level management. Unhealthy clouds due to lack of process addressing burning issues; Middle level management: Insensitive to employee needs or concerns, non-transparent, monopoly heads with insensible &obsolete managerial skills from the business solutions perspective.
Gape holes in the Appraisal system and unclear/frequently changed HR policies: "better is the recession for it's a known evil". Fear and insecurity prevails with uncertain appraisals.
Advice to Senior Management
Please provide suitable % percentage of hikes more often than never to the most successful employees and who eventually bring in great results and customer satisfaction to the organization(before they leave).
Honestly, Have the middle level bricks of the wall with true quality or atleast with the elements which become those kinds of bricks before the 'employee first to be lost'. Please bring in the real managers from whatsoever institutions in both. middle/operations levels who are challenging, lucid, sensible/sensitive towards the growth of Org and an employee and business.

Good Salary Structure. No work pressures. Good worklife balance. Not much work to prove yourself.

Very Very low salary as per the industry standards.
No technical growth.
Very bad hikes
No good projects.
Very long notice period.

Please provide atleast good pack, if not the better pack.
Please take care about the people who are working at client location.
Please plan sync up meeting with people who are working in client location and according to that please give the hikes.

People recruited with dotnet developer skills are given a role as Test.
Very poor hikes
will have to at any cost serve 2 months notice period even though its mentioned in offer that you can buy.

Please take a look at salaries.Help people grow. Give oppurtunities for employees who want to work on technologies they are actually interested in.

HCL is a company that provides an employee with several opportunities to learn and develop skills. The company has a wide number of large projects which require team work. This helps in developing interpersonal skills. By dealing in various complex issues a person can also improve his technical knowledge and skills.

The pay provided is lower than other companies in the same industry.

Improve pay structure.

Job security is very high. They don't have any deductions. I mean, take home will be good. Very good salary structure. But salary is low.

salary is toooo low. Appraisals will be in single digits.
I know many people working in HCL with less then 3L package and they have 3 years experience

Please don't promise more and give less. Pay people based on there experience. What is the point in paying less, when client paying for 3 years experience. Client pay same to all then why less(tooo less) salary to some people?
