Pros
healthy environment , software projects are good to understand IT environment , learn business and technical things
Cons
lack of much competition , more hiring from BCA MCA pople rather than good colleges , salary is not competitive
Advice to Senior Management
encourage and give more opportunities with a competitive salary . Infrastructure and corporate culture can be improved like US based MNCs

employees satisfaction, communication, salary, contact, posting and training are excellent. The management is pro employees and the culture is global .
Cons
accomodation and houserent are not satisfactory. The company cab should be available in big cities.there is no training hostel.
Advice to Senior Management
There should be training hostel for freshers. Appartment for employees and good house rent with communication facilities. The initial salary should be more.

Timing flexibility, some good medical benefits for you and your family.

Very beaurocratic - as you dont have admin rights on your own machine, gotto take permission for even for downloading some zip files.
Dirty politics to get promoted and regionalism
HR people are nothing but full of fresh college grad management trainees, which HCL hires to get cheaper resources and they who doesn't know anything but to jot down mails, handles people very immaturely

Get updated your self to latest technology trends.
Dont follow ostrich philosophy and putting rules, regulation and constraint one cannot produce productivity within employees.
Employee First Policy is rubbish and just a marketing strategy to promote HCL brand the other way

Lots of onsite opportunity especially to US and Europe. Client interactions.

Please attain more global approach.
Please be more transparent in recognizing the work done by an employee.
Please promote more of team spirit within teams, thats very much lacking.
The level of coperation is at all time low among employees.
Managament is way too powerful and employees are not much say in things.
The level of cross domain and cross border opportunities have to be improved.
The number of leaves and holidays has to be increased.
Only 80% of reimbursement of Medical bills by Medi Assist (Insurence provided) is most pathetic.

too many people trying to compete for the very few positions available. Mismatch of skill and the work given. Brand value is good though.

Try to pick the right candidates which are suitable for the organization not those who suit the requirement of a short term project.
