Pros – Most of the people working here, see it as government like company where they don't have to work too much. Only for complacent type of people.

Cons – Too much micro management from management. Employee's first is just a marketing gimmick. Salary hike is very poor. No clear policies salary slabs, hike etc. If they have requirement they can offer you the best in market, so salary variation is very high at the same experience level. This causes dissatisfaction in the team. Only people staying late hours are considered efficient.

Advice to Senior Management – Give some space and freedom to the resources. There should be clear policies regarding promotion and salary hike.

Cons – Very less increments, policies are not transparent, no quality people, new management is poor.
HR are fresh graduates, they don't know a thing abt the system. They are just pathetiic

Advice to Senior Management – Please follow employee first policy, it is not a showpiece. This company's HR are almost illiterate

Cons – Less growth opportunities in both Career and Salary levels, Rare appreciations, Credit of employees good works mostly goes to senior levels

Advice to Senior Management – There should be transparency in the measurement of performance so that junior employee should get proper benefit of their best services even if the personal relations with his/her manager were not good. Decision of giving promotion to anybody should be through a proper channel so that everybody can get rewards of his/her good services.
