Pros
Flexibility, Empowerment, Support to learn and grow, Onsite opportunity, Sr Management Support, Work life balance, Transparency is policies and procedures
Cons
Inefficiencies in various departments, Compensation when compared to market rates specially for older employees, The dependency of middle to Sr management for decision making process which is very slow at times..
Advice to Senior Management
Should review compensation and remove disparity to retain employees, More automation and tracking to remove dependencies..

GOOD PLACE TO IDENTIFY AND PRAISE YOUR GOOD EFFORTS, NICE RECOGNITION

Sometimes hectic work which imbalances work-personal life.

Can recruit more team members necessary, than extracting hard from few.

healthy environment , software projects are good to understand IT environment , learn business and technical things

lack of much competition , more hiring from BCA MCA pople rather than good colleges , salary is not competitive

encourage and give more opportunities with a competitive salary . Infrastructure and corporate culture can be improved like US based MNCs

Too much talk about employees like Employee First policy and all but in reality it is just a business propaganda.
Compensation is not really linked with your performance.Some times you deserve to get promoted but some one else will get promoted. A lot of inside politics.

Only Policies on the paper will not help employees.

Sometimes they do false promises to retain employee.
Please consider pune as part of mainstream HCL
Please identify employees potential rightly

Work life balance can be maintained
Not too strict about timings (however employees misuse this)
Salary is OK (atleast for me!)

Management and peers nowhere close to professional
Employee un-friendly policies
Too much bias at times (but I guess this is common everywhere)
Advice to Senior Management
Please mean it when you say Employee first. Every single employees know that this organization is nowhere close to Employee first (in whatever way that the management means it).
Spend 'some' money to make employees happy at times.

Future prospects looks better if we see last couple of years growth

Less focus on decreasing employee attrition

As a freshers it is good company to get exposure but if have talent, expertise and ambition I would suggest work for 2yrs and go for better options.
Cons
Policies are not transparent, they are only on paper but hardly implemented. Now days it is becomming more or less like a govt orgnization. It takes great deal of effort to get your work done by HR and management. Dont expect the speedy resolutions. If you are on bench nobody gonna help you, you need to use your contact.

When I joined HCL, it was easy to get your work done in a timely manner. But nowdays it takes too much of time to get your work done, support functions(HR) side is very lazy. Most of the time it feels like getting your done in govt org.
Pros
Employee has Freedom to manage his / her time. Fairly enough projects they have to work on. somewhat good policies for employee then others.
Cons
Remuneration side we can think it is not a best pay master in the market. It is big organization so you need to show your calibre to get highlighted .

Right now I am not in the position to say some good or bad words about the senior management team
