Good HR Benefits...(But cutting a lot these days)
For few, international travels

Cons – Not a fair play ground. Sugar Coaters and Brown-nosers grow up fast as managers.
capability Policies and procedures are biased
May need to work under a less experienced, less knowledged manager.
You development manager may be too junior to you in real but too hyped in papers.
