Pros – Convenient commute, autonomous (only IT at location), Good people to work with, for entry level Desktop and support, superb (at this location)

Cons – Communication and transparency, separated from rest of the herd.

Advice to Senior Management – Share information openly and as far as pay rates match the market for the geographical location as oppose to blanket

Cons – Not able to get as from seniors

Pros – Good for freshers, good start up company, and if you are a self learner it's a great place. All depends on your project but overall it's really good company

Cons – Low hike, variable pay and bench period should be reduced

Cons – You can not judge the individual knowledge & Salary Struture by his designation.

Pros – HCL is one of the best company for freshers, there is a lot to learn. Freshers are also given an opportunity to unleash their skills along with seniors.

No work pressure, in fact the atmosphere is very homely. One would love to work with HCL.

Cons – Only Bond period that G.E.T 's are asked to serve seems as a drawback, they are asked to serve the company for almost 2 years without any appraissal.

but that is equalized with a handsome appraisal after wards.

Advice to Senior Management – Management should become more process oriented in terms of work, some more and better rules need to be enforced to increase the quality of work.
