    ProsThis company has great benefits, opportunity for advancement, one of largest healthcare companies in the country: Skilled nursing, rehab, assisted living,

    ConsFor me personally there are no real cons, however if you do not like what almost always occurs in a large company such as resistance to change and corporate politics you might be frustrated.

    Awesome Experience

    Pros- fast paced
    - friendly staff
    - organized schedule
    - aide to assist with retreiving WC, assistive devices, etc.

    Cons- little down-time
    - increased amount of documentation

    Advice to Senior ManagementYou have to be a fast learner and quick on your toes to work here. New iPad use for documentation in the therapy department doesn't allow much time for a new employee to become accustomed to it. There is very little downtime (probably less than 10 minutes per day) and you need to complete most or all of your documentation point-of-service.

    This company receives a bad rap

    ProsManagers are flexible and realize real-life sometimes gets in the way of work and allows you the opportunity to adjust your workday if necessary.

    ConsAs with most employers there is a lot of office politics played. You just need to learn how the game is played and become a player.

    Advice to Senior ManagementBe open & honest with the financial outlook as it pertains to the effects the new healthcare policies have on our business. You will find that may change the attitudes of the employees in the workplace especially if the picture is bleak they may step up their game.
