    Pros

    HCR truly cares for their employees. It shows in the ways the company practically bends over backwards to shower their employees with as many benefits and perks as possible to recognize the work they do and show appreciation for it.

    Cons

    In an effort to bolster morale and avoid HR conflicts, sub-par staff is allowed to maintain their positions without excessive proof of substandard performance which tends to wear on the above-average employees that are usually asked to assist. This tends to lead to some feelings of resentment towards management as well as squash the 'fire' under self-motivated workers.

    They really was no room for growth in the office, you were just stuck in a dead end job. benefits were pretty good, raises were not the best.

    You should listen to the little people, because they are the back bone of your company and enable to continue to run, with out them you would have no company. When they put in complaints about the leaders come check it out, don't disregard, because the leader tells you there is nothing to it. Come see for yourself, you may want to do a undercover boss episode and see who you employ/.

    If you enjoy elderly the patients were amazing. Every day around them was worth it for me.

    Pros

    Great people all around! EVERYONE is wonderful!! From the residents to the staff. I was welcomed with opened arms and feel very at home!! I look forward to going to work every day, never a dull moment!

    No tuition reimbursement, salary is not competitive. Otherwise, things are pretty wonderful!

    flexible schedule, great sign on bonuses and benefits for therapists

    Cons

    low income and unsafe neighborhood, takes a lot of psych patients, nursing and rehab team not cohesive

    You pay for what you get. Low pay equals high turnover for therapy. 401k matching @ 2 percent max and .50 on the dollar is ridiculous. Why even bother
