HD Supply Reviews
-
Pros
Nice building, although hidden by mountains. Cafeteria food is good and inexpensive. Very nice outdoor environment with good air quality.
Cons
This company, as is the case in most large organizations, has too many levels of management. Get ready to inform and ask for approvals on even the smallest project adjustment.
Advice to Senior Management
Companies need to empower their employees to perform their duties without so much supervision. Yes, demand results, but provide resources.
