Pros
Great benefits and opportunities to advance. There are a lot of contacts and opportunities to network. Everybody is very friendly and focused on making the company the best in the industry.
Cons
The work environment is fairly fast paced with a lot of pressure to meet expectations. Management has a lot of plans and a strict timeline.
Advice to Senior Management
The upper management should spend more time evaluating how corporate decisions affect the lowest level employees and the lines of businesses.
Pros
money is decent, company is growing?
Cons
executives have management running scared
Pros
Helps keep you physically active, something new everyday. Good pay and benefits. but too much backstabbing, and holding you down.
Cons
If your GREAT at your job, they get threatend and fire you. Don't uniformly enforce "policies" except to fire you
Advice to Senior Management
Do to all what you do for one. Don't see good work as a threat. listen to your employees carefully
Pros
lots of recognition, teamwork and great leadership
Cons
i take a lot of work home at night and on the weekends

Pros
Great customers, what a good group of people to sale to, you learn something new everyday. The product line is very good and the purchasing department is always searching for something new. The field reps and branch managers are some of the best in the industry
Cons
The company is top heavy. There are many directors and managers with high dollar salaries and less experience than the people in the field. Promote within and give your people the ability to advance.
Advice to Senior Management
Get back to the customer service business. People buy from people, face to face, not from an 800 number. Allow all directors and managers to go out in the field with five active accounts and let them service them...they will feel what each field rep experiences on a given day. And to upper management always remember there is always some one better than you are, right
around the corner. The non-compete is not worth the paper it's written on. Let your customers and field reps talk...and listen to them. Good Luck
Pros
salary and benefits are very good they seem to spend money and place focus on the wrong things
Cons
If one of their old buddies wants your job look out because they will discredit you and fire you to give the position to their friend
Advice to Senior Management
Get a mirror so you can look at yourself in the morning and make it where you like what you see
Pros
Tight knit group who accomplishes their short and long term goals
Cons
We need more opportunities in Houston
Pros
- Industry leader
- Career growth opportunities
- Solid learning and development programs
- Fair compensation for the most part
Cons
- Benefits are lacking and too expensive
- Difficulty in collaborating between the different lines of business
- Long work hours, lots of manual processes
Pros
Best company I have ever worked for.
Excellent training for sales rep.
Positive feedback
Service is impeccable
High quality products and low cost to customers
Cons
To many daily reports between salesforce and what Area Managers want completed.
Pros
Has been good job overall, just starting to feel burned out. sometimes feel like 20% of the people do 80% of the work. They know the Job is getting done.
Cons
I guess in my case...."always on the Job"! Honestly, getting tired of 12-14 hour days every day.
Advice to Senior Management
Keep close tabs on your key people, they do have a breaking point, eventually they/you will find it.
