    ProsCompany in a middle of turnaround, and on the right path. Great people and culture. Re-writing the rules to win in beer industry. Recently embarked on identifying our company purpose "why are we here" kind of stuff. Very motivating.

    ConsSometimes trying to do everything all at once. Some leaders have been in place awhile and need to step up or move on.

    Advice to Senior ManagementHigh performance culture means making some tough calls on choice and people. Keep up the balance of this high performance orientation with concern for well being of people. It means a lot.

    ProsGreat perks and tools are part of the job. On/Off premise some of the perks : Car, all technology, expense account, VIP access to events.

    ConsRegion and zone directors give to much power to the local market manager and disregard any feedback from the local sales team. Dirty politics can get in the way of your career easy.

    Advice to Senior ManagementIs no use to share any feedback since nothing will be done. The company employee survey is a joke.

    Good people overall, management very reactionary

    ProsGood benefits, great people, fun environment (you are selling beer), company trying to to help employees find better work / life balance

    ConsManagement tends to be very reactionary versus proactive, being a smaller organization in the US, work / life balance can be difficult to maintain, must play politics to get ahead, only select few in inner circle get opportunities (both financial and career opps)

    Advice to Senior ManagementDon't be so reactionary, invest in the pieces of the business that growing
