I worked at HFA full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

If your looking to break into the digital world of licensing & royalty collections this is the place to cut your teeth. The people who you will work with will be pleasant and the environment is relaxed in that you can wear jeans to work everyday. You will work around some very interesting personalities and musicians for the most part.

    Cons

Upper management is completely and utterly deaf and blind and HR is completely narcissistic. Never complain to HR, never speak to HR about your personal life not matter how hard they try. Never think for a minute that HR is your friend, the minute you fall short or don't act according to HR's standards or likings you will find yourself on the receiving end of fire and brimstone. Upper management is completely blind or better yet actually KNOWS HR's actions but does nothing to change it. They all play along to keep their collective bonuses while killing yours with this antiquated review process all created by.....HR.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Do something about HR, one day this nightmare that is experienced by all employees will come back to haunt you if you don't. HR doesn't actually do anything but micromanage and project blame to make themselves seem important and take credit for ideas.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook
    Disapproves of CEO
