work with good people although morale is abissmal and most of the talk around the water cooler is on peoples exit strategyCons
eroding benefits and pay for rank and file employees
excessive compensation for executive mgt
no career development
HP just looking to offshore to the lowest common denominatorAdvice to Senior Management
