Was better till 2009 and post EDS takeover, has impacted GBS to large extent and negatively. Work culture has changed.

    Operations Manager (Current Employee)
    Bangalore (India)

Pros100s of training materials help self grow. Salary after certain level increases at faster rate.

ConsChanging work culture to meet cost targets, reduced flexibility, micro management from sr mgmt for not so important things, high rate of NVA reports, focusing only on visibility creation than actually working on process improvements, no sense of direction and frequent change in management leading to frequent change in goals/objectives

Advice to Senior ManagementExpect only important few which will help HP. Due to performance based pay, every employee looks at own visibility and selfish motives than coordinating with other functions for overall growth of business

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company

Conswrong systems, no efficiency, rigid finance, lack in innovation, specific ITC finance, high and not useful bureaucracy, difficult communication with rigid business executives

    Advice to Senior Managementplan retention
