Some of the long term employees are wary of change (but also many outstanding long term employees who work hard and are open to improvement)

Challenges with obtaining information on procedures but forces you to find it on your own.

Give junior level employees encouragement in their abilities by giving them more challenging tasks.

The money is competitive and some of the work is interesting

There is no work /life balance. The environment is formal,stuffy and inflexible. Very little comraderie among workers.

Could be more open about Company direction (but getting much better).

Spend more time in the field.

There are may great things about working here; there are great employee benfeits and they understand that you have a personal life outside of work and the managers are reasonable to work with.

There needs to be more communications within all the departments. And they don't like words I don't know. SO If you need help they should be more willing to help you figure something out.

Overall it's a good company to work for you just need to open the communication lines better then everything would be a litte bit better

It's very involved in your personal life and into helping to making your life easier, It also has a good pay scale

There isn't no really bad cons or downside just that there should be more job advancement for inside the company

Lack of direction from senior management. No Finance department, run byu accounting

Be more open with you rpeople. Talk to everybody, not just your Vice Presidents
