HP Imaging and Printing Reviews

Pros
People, still a lot of awesome people at HP you get to work with.
Plenty of challenges to work on, interesting businesses, rotational opportunities.Cons
Sr. mgmt is achieving results on the backs of employees. In summary, good short-term investment, poor place to work. constant layoffs, salary/benefit cuts, corporate beuracracy make HP today a shadow of the great place to work it was 15-20 years ago.
Advice to Senior Management
Karma applies to companies, just as it does to people. Treating employees like s**t will eventually catch up to Mark Hurd & team and the investors that drive their behavior. Read "The HP Way" and you will realize that you are not being good stewards of Bill and Dave's legacy. In the long run, you will be remembered for that and not for the last quarters financial results.
