    I have been working at HPI full-time

    Pros

    -Everyone who works here is extremely kind, efficient and knowledgeable -Experts in the field who can teach you a lot about local economy and real estate market -Great teamwork across departments to make one well oiled machine - it's not fragmented -Very fair compensation and benefits

    Cons

    -They are trying to get better about digitizing traditional processes, but have some work to do to get there -Changing habits of the most tenured employees

    Advice to Management

    -You do a great job of keeping morale high in the office and being inclusive to everyone! Keep it up! -Consider investing in some new digital initiatives to progress the company ahead of competitors.

    I worked at HPI full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Great opportunity to get complete exposure to the supply chain and creation of the physical resorts. First hand autonomous experience that will require you push the envelope of your professional experience to get the job done.

    Cons

    Extremely fast paced environment with grueling time lines making it impossible to have a work life balance experience. The company is changing in a positive way but some of the old leaders with a top down micro-management style get in the way of introducing new efficient ways to accomplish simple tasks.

    Pros

    Founding Partners are exceptional in character and expertise. Company (and all divisions) are well respected and widely recognized in the industry.

    Cons

    Some employees take advantage of the compassionate and caring nature of management and co-workers to the point of being abusive and severely impacting morale.

    Advice to Management

    Be more guarded in displaying compassion and making accommadations and exceptions. Let HR handle and schedule consultations, performance issues, and accommodations. Consult with HR BEFORE meeting with an employee. Keep your door open but tread lightly before offering concessions.

    great co workers, pay was good, benefits, fun, learned a lot, great location, not sure what else was good about it

    Cons

    expect a lot out of you. it was time consuming sometimes things wouldnt be right between client and compnay but you get used to it
