    Avoid this company at all costs

    Excellent benefits package (4 weeks of PTO plus holidays, healthcare, dental, profit sharing)
    Casual Dress Code (i.e., you can wear jeans to work)
    Leave early Fridays where everyone can leave at 4 PM to kickstart the weekend
    Flex Hours (open start time where employees can come in between 7-9 and work 8 hours accordingly
    Management's concern for understanding employee engagement/opinions (conduct an employee survey every year)
    Bonus Plan ( you can earn up to an additional 20% of your current compensation)

    ConsDisgruntled employees can sometimes bring people down by gossiping and putting a negative spin on workplace goals and objectives
    Lack of appreciation by staff members for new benefits provided by management

    Get what you can (experience) and then get out ASAP!

    ProsExperience. That is about it. You can learn a bunch, but it does take a lot of blood and tears.

    ConsThey will use you. They will take EVERYTHING they can from you and throw you out when they are done. Very high turnover.

    Advice to Senior ManagementTake a steep back and evaluate what is important out of life and business. Selling your soul is not worth it in the long run.

    Company provides great management consulting to clients but needs management consulting themselves to improve.

    Morale of company as a whole is very low which leads to high turnover.
    Low compensation compared to others in the same industry.

    Conduct a survey to find ways to improve morale and training and implement an action plan to accomplish goals.
