Pros – None to think off actually. Most employees leave after 1-2 years. Poor leadership by CEO is the main reason.
Cons – - Way below market rate salary and benefits
- Little if any learning opportunities
- Lots of unnecessary reporting to a micro-managing CEO
- Company has ALOT of employee turnover due to poor leadership by CEO
Advice to Senior Management – Needs to replace current founder/CEO who is a very poor leader, lacks integrity, unable to innovate and has a very self-centered mentality.
