This company is "OK". No raises. Low bonuses. Picky - Really family - My office was religious. It hurt me.

ProsGet to work alone a lot! Lots of time to yourself to do your work. You are typically left alone to close or open the office for 50% of your shift. Management is not on your back all of the time. Didn't have to butt heads on a daily basis. ! Lots of schedule flexibility and huge chunks of time off at a time. 10 Day work stretches. 10 hour days. I really liked working 5 days in 4! No cold calling - not the same as a recruiter. More or less manage the life of the per-diem RN when you're not recruiting. Opportunity to grow and "share" work with your co-workers, bonuses probably offered "in the family" to those who get along. See if you do -- -might work for you, this was not my culture.

ConsProblem is that if they just don't like you, they will single you out and remind you that you left a red mark in a place where there is supposed to be a green mark. It hurt me I felt -- colored! This is a clique environment. People really stick together. I sat alone at my desk during company parties and felt sort of "shamed" by my manager in front of others. I guess that they're all that way. I'm the wrong size, color and shape. They rudely called me in on 90 days and terminated me. I worked at lot of OT, seldom made mistakes and asked at my exit, "are you calling me the "N" word" and they're like, "no, somebody said that you were rude".

Advice to Senior ManagementDon't want to know you, don't care.
