Treat employees as people, not field operations robots that have to deal with very difficult operating systems.

Pros

HSB Group was a good place to work. It was a bit disorganized at times, but it was mainly due to trying new techniques. They had some great people who worked there.

Cons

There was little room for promotion and there were people who came to work everyday where no one knew what exactly they did. The company needs to be more forward looking. Although they do not cater to personal consumers, an up dated website would do wonders regardless...

Advice to Senior Management

Offer more opportunities to learn the business and solicit suggestions from employees who may be more engaged in upcoming technologies.

- people here is really friendly, they offer a lot of help to employee

- the work is repeated within the operational department and really quite boring
