    Coolest place you can expect!

    Software Engineer (Current Employee)
    Pune (India)

    Pros- Good work culture
    - The organization believes in providing resources with sufficient time, to get quality work done.
    - Excellent policies. None of your achievements would go unnoticed. If you have an accomplishment, be sure that you will be rewarded for it
    - Very good in terms of hikes and variable pays as compared to other IT industries
    - One of the very few organizations, where you wont feel the "work pressure". However, I have heard of some managers who do pressurize their subordinates. But again you have many doors open to raise your concerns.
    - You would rarely be stopped by anyone for learning, irrespective of whether the learning is relevant to your job or not
    - Best place if you are of the kind who prefer to spend your lifetime in an organization!

    Cons- Lack of challenging work
    - Although you are permitted to learn a great deal, you may rarely get a chance to implement them in your day-to-day activities.
    - Since roles are fixed among different teams in a project, you may seldom get a holistic view of the project that you are working in.
    - Beware, you may end-up being assigned to a job profile which may not relate to your skillset and experience.
    - Fresher are most likely to end-up as a Mainframe or AS400 programmer/tester (although some of them may get better opportunities)
    - All the above points may make you feel stagnating in a years time.

Advice to Senior ManagementPlease implement IJP (Internal Job Posting) in a better way. There are many who try this, and see that it doesn't really work and finally take the last option to quit!

    Worst organisation ever worked with

    Senior Software Engineer (Current Employee)
    Pune (India)

ProsDespite working with this organisation for good enough time i don't have any pros to share

ConsOrganisation is badly stuck with politics and you should only join if you are a good politician or want to be

They have a policy to give 4 rating(Performance improvement programme) mandatory to its 10% of employees and normallythey execute this policy on freshers and new employees

No onsite oppertunity and very poor hike(Less than 5%).

Some manager are not even qualified for the job of clerk. In mail writing also they need help.

9 AM to 6PM office timings and your manager may ask you to apply half day leave if you come office after 10 AM.

In every town hall they share all negative news of the organisation and how bad they are performing worldwide.

Most of manager are from non technical background and their qualification is B.A or B.Com,They even don't know basic SQL quries.

Manager would always spy on your desktop to know what are you doing and would discuss this only while giving your yearly feedback.

Manager may even tell you don't go to drink water frequently better keep water bottle at your desk to improve productivity.

Because of all this cons they have started hiring on contract now,If you get call on contract join only if you don't have any other offer and plan to leave with in one year.

Advice to Senior ManagementReplace all those non technical managers which were hired 10 years back and don't know any thing about technical world.Focus on HR policy

    Associate Business Analyst (Current Employee)
    Pune (India)

Pros1. Salary compensation and annual hikes are good.
    2. One can enjoy complete work life balance. WFH option available in some of the teams.
    3. Good career opportunities if you want to switch through internal job postings.
    4. Friendly colleagues and managers. Nice work environment
    5. HR policies are good. Caring organisation with lots of HR initiatives.
    6. Leave policy is good. You get annual 10 days compulsory core leave apart from other leaves. Some may not like it.

Cons1. Senior management is hardly concerned about employees' issues. Takes poor decisions at times.
    2. So called "Quality initiative" is impacting employees satisfaction due to increasing work related stress and pressure.
    3. Managers are diplomatic. Speak something else and do what they want to do.
