Pros – Work environment, team culture. The teams are well distributed according to the experience levels and guidance is ample until TL level
Cons – politics at higher level is very shrewd, Managers do not care about lower level staff and think that all the work is done by managers

Former Employee – worked at HSBC GLT full-time for more than 7 years
Pros – Flexibility, work-life balance, sports and activities
Cons – Bad politics, favoritism, blame games
Advice to Senior Management – I would advice, change the way the middle management is functioning. Strengthen the support to junior level workers, through HR forums or Senior management forums. Initiate a employ grievance system and find out the best solution to avoid such kind of bulling management. The reputation of GLT is getting worst day by day. The days are gone, when deserving people were appreciated for their work.

Current Employee – been working at HSBC GLT full-time for more than 7 years
Pros – Salary hike is modest. Moderate learning opportunities considering the technology know how.
Cons – lot of politics. Senior people are only concerned about saving their own jobs rather than having any vision for the sake of company's growth.
Advice to Senior Management – Seniors people should be thoroughly assessed on their performance.
