Reasonably good pay
Lot of engagement activities
Good senior management
Event and projects coordination constitute the most enjoyable
excellent training, product knowledge and benefits

ConsLevel 8s get proportionately lot less pay than other levels.
Western culture would not work for some of us.
Targets are not achievable without a catch
No work life balance
you have a some co workers that most people cant get along with but expected in a work environment

A pleasant experience so far

Pros1) Give enough time to settle. 2) As a fresher managers will first allow you to learn the basics of SAS programming and understanding data.

ConsHigh level of bureaucracy. Being a bank the regulations are tough. No facebook , e-mail access. Also in some bays they do not allow mobiles.
