    NO Management plan, if you are supporter of manager than you grow in HSBC. No talent recognition, Fake promises by mgmt of DCSM india manager.

    Extremely chill work environment. Laid back work culture.

    Cons

    Forget about learning at a pace. Technologically neither uses the current ones efficiently and the switch to new technology comes wearily slow and out of times.

    Work is good
    people of same level are usually friendly

    Cons

    Senior Management are not good. They expect you to bribe them by giving them parties or calling them for drinks and your promotion is guaranteed. There are few good managers you can count them on your fingers though.

    Work in our place. Get to know and then implement your rules.

    Work life balance and no pressure. good hikes and bonus. Best part is no pink slips, better opportunities to grow in position. Very flat structure

    Little bit slow in everything, HR not efficient, Not a best training, little bit bureaucratic even though they say its has open door policy

    Give a better chance to people who really work for you rather than just going by pets.
