    Pros

    7am-530ishpm job which isn't too bad

    Cons

    They wheel and deal you and promise the "next bonus" is the best one...no..it's not. Too many senior level employees and no care for the junior guys and retaining young talent.

    Open and honest feedback. Opportunities for growth professionally and personally. benefits including paid time off 401k health and etc. positive work place environment

    Workload to pay not aligned to industry. Work life balance. Constant change not fully vetted out to ensure no process gaps

    The management is terrible, tons of turn over at Management and Staff level, No room to grow

    The bank is hierarchical at all levels which is hard for new joiners. Also slow and overly process driven stifles innovation
