I worked at HSBC - Hongkong full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Great foundation, international presence. Strong ideas but no execution.

    Cons

US Brand is a bit below the other countries, not quite as 'advanced' as the International branches. Website/banking system is very outdated and frustrating. Systems are behind and slow.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Step it up and bring the US team up to par with their competitors (Chase/BofA etc.).
