Relationship Manager (Current Employee)

I have been working at HSBC Mexico

ProsBig bank. Nice building. Centrally located. Parking space. Outstanding chef on premises. Open spaces to work and chat, albeit a bit too open.

ConsBig bank, perhaps a bit too big. Red tape in almost every possible initiative one can ever hope to find oneself involved into.

Advice to Senior ManagementGet rid of old legacy. Pay decent bonuses. Treat people for what they are good for, aside from brown nosing and showing loyalty.
