    Expats are overrated throughout all departments of the company. Limited help to continue graduate studies abroad. HR is difficult to deal with

    Implement non subjective Balance scored cards. Bonus tends to fluctuate too much from year to year, implement a base bonus package

    being a leader in the banking industry it gives you the chance to learn from the best, and you have the great advantage of havingn the opportunity to move to other countries.

    It might be difficult to get to the top because of the size of the bank and the number of people.

    Try to promote fast growth amongst your employees so they feel motivated and have better results. Always give credit to new ideas and hard work.
