I have been working at HTC Global Services full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Small teams Interesting. Start up feel Doesn't feel like big company. Ability to make things happen quickly If you see something you want to change or take on, go for it! VERY flexible work schedule…

    Cons

Management not proactive in expanding its domain and technology. Doesn't have a huge client base.

    Advice to Management

More coaching to employees so they have a better understanding of how to advance.

I worked at HTC Global Services full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Great Salary, Great Co-Workers, Great Pay. Great opportunity to work at great companies. Co-Workers are very technical and they provide great offshore resources for support.

    Cons

They only care about you if your billable. If the project ends, then you have thirty days to find your own opportunity in which they can gain revenue from you or they will give you the boot.

    Advice to Management

Value your employees. They are your biggest asset.
