    Pros

Management was mostly hands off, allowing the customer to drive the relationship between them and the individual consultant. Great benefits package at a very reasonable cost.

    Cons

Management was not interested in hearing or following through with new business opportunities presented by consultants.

    Advice to Management

Listen and invest more into your consultants, they have a direct understanding of your customer's needs and how to better meet them.

    Pros

Very good company if you want to work on a W2 or 1099 with a well negotiated pay. It is not easy to get raises and bonuses are non-existant. No interference from the compnay hierarchy in terms of org politics or un-necessary performance appraisal.

    Cons

It is not easy to get raises and bonuses are non-existant. No training of any kind. Do not expect any recognition. The leaders of any account have very long tenures and very well compensated so they do not care.

    Advice to Management

A non-growing organization is only suitable for persons who have reached the limit of their potential and growth. Invest in training and bonuses.

    Pros

Great Salary, Great Co-Workers, Great Pay. Great opportunity to work at great companies. Co-Workers are very technical and they provide great offshore resources for support.

    Cons

They only care about you if your billable. If the project ends, then you have thirty days to find your own opportunity in which they can gain revenue from you or they will give you the boot.

    Advice to Management

Value your employees. They are your biggest asset.
