Good employee attitude and working atmosphere, excellent UCB AG senior mgmt., best (out)performing legal entity within the UniCredit Group results in proud and self confident employees

sometimes capricious management decisions by Italian and French Management; reward system sometimes dissappointing, many business constraints and never ending reorganisation processes.

people are very nice and energetic, most of them are even great in both professionalism and personality, but still not a global bank

Education of employees is key. Currently employees are not really valued, which might be mainly due to the GFC.

There is no team work, there is no clear vision of the company, whome to follow, poor organization and no care about employees

Reorganize the system, care more about lower level of employees, not just to run for the profit, care much more about whole enviroment
