Pros – Ability to control your own destiny and contribute to the goal of growth in market

Cons – None that you don't find any where else, sometimes a little quiet and subdued office, but it is getting better. Nothing significant

Advice to Senior Management – Continue to invest in aggressive and professional salespeople.

Pros – Great management and ability to grow

Cons – Less than great moral and help from upper level management

I have been working at Habasit Holding USA

Pros – great work environment, friendly people to work with, good insurance coverage, good communication within department, good opportunities to work with other people outside US and gain knowledge of industry.

Cons – poor communication between divisions, sometimes put in the middle of 'political battles', very little control over some aspects of the job - have to rely on Switzerland and how they want it done.

Advice to Senior Management – I believe better communication and coorporation should take place between the divisions, we are all one company, but attitudes don't suggest that in some cases.
