Pros – HLG especially Leighton employers give priorities to quality and knowledge of the employee rather than personal relationship which i find nice to work here.

Cons – Still keeping unwanted, non-qualified managers even their contribution is not demanded. Promotion should be based on some relevant exam conducted rather than the managerial power so that discrimination based on anything can be avoided seriously which can make enthusiasm in employees for working honestly and sincerely with full of dedication.

Advice to Senior Management – Give priorities to academically qualified employees. Should be produced embassy attested academic certificate on behalf of HLG. Try to promote the employees those are academically qualified and are efficient in their work too.

Pros – The company loved its workers/staff and really felt at home working with them. They have
taken care about the staff till the end

Cons – I must really admit that some people had ethnic outlook as the company is multinational

Advice to Senior Management – Upper Management should study each employee of his working, acheivements and benefit him with
promotions/salary hike etc
