It's fast paced around lunch time but sometimes it can be slow. Most of the customers are nice people.

    Cons

The pay is low and the managers don't give en ugh hours unless you were there for a long time. And there's no tips.

    Pros

Works with schedule. Employees great. Trainers & supervisors

    Cons

Free lunch ? No only free soup. No free salads or drinks . Have to drink tap water. They don't like to move people up. Your only shot is to get promoted once in the store. Some NOT ALL managers are ignorant n they fail to fix the problems even after they have a truck load of paper work against them from workers n customers. They best empoyees are get paid too little even after been loyal to the company more then 2 years . While new employees coming in with new higher pay rates.

    Cons

-There is no guidance by upper management -They delay your annual review for up to three years -The pay isn't that great compared to the added work they give you

    Advice to Management

Start building a solid foundation for your business, so that you can grow appropriately. You will continue to lose great employees if you don't do this. You need to grow from within in order to grow sales.

    Pros

There really aren't any reasons to work for this company, unless you want to learn how to enslave your employees in order to make more $$ for yourself or your compsny.

    Cons

Hale & Hearty does not care about their employees. Their only goals are to get richer and expand the company. They train and treat ALL their staff like robots. Wether you are a prep "cook" (cuz come on they don't cook anything,) or a manager, this company looks only for the ways you can benefit their bottom line. Also their soups are cryovacked and often sit for days after expiration. Do Not patronize this company. By doing so, you are patronizing a modern form of slavery.

    Advice to Management

Learn how to treat your employees with dignity and respect. They are the ones who make it possible for you to make money. Learn about leadership through empowerment.
