    Over worked and under appreciated

N/A (Current Employee) Los Angeles, CA

ProsHall and Partners has been known as one of the more generous research companies in terms of compensation and benefits. This is still true, however the sustainability of this compensation is questionable as the company grows and misses its financial goals.
Other pros - LA office is conveniently located in downtown LA, accessible to public transportation (metro red line).

ConsOut of touch leadership, lack of personal career development/training, poorly structured (top heavy and lack of proper support- though the company is working towards improving this, it is taking a while to see the benefits).

Advice to Senior ManagementRefocus on the people, providing the right training for career development, leadership training so that higher ups can properly motivate and inspire thier team.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend

    Slow to Promote

Anonymous Employee (Former Employee) Los Angeles, CA

ProsGood benefits, health care included, secure environment, friendly people

ConsIt takes forever to get promoted there and good luck getting a decent wage to go along with a subpar non-competitive salary to begin wtih

Advice to Senior ManagementRealize that it costs more to replace someone and train them than it does to promote someone deserving and give them a raise

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
