Pros – Broker training program is best in class. Company is very well organized and either sets the trend or follows the trend in technology and marketing.

Cons – Cannot think of any at this time

Pros – Friendly environment where managers from all offices are easily accessible for help. Coworkers are also willing to lend advice and a helping hand.

Company assists new hires with lead generations.

Different training classes are offered 2-3 times a week.

Fair commission splits as well.

Cons – Computers are a bit dated and company computer serves can be slow at times.

Advice to Senior Management – Great management, continue to be encouraging towards your employees. My only suggestion is to update the equipment in the office.

Pros – Top of the line, in depth, useful training.
Family-like culture and work environment, managers are always accessible to help and answer questions.
Largest market presence, great brand recognition, innovative technology.
Highly ethical and customer service oriented.

Cons – Their database has everything you could ever need, but the interface and look/feel is a little outdated. Although they are releasing a new database sometime in the next couple months.

Advice to Senior Management – Just to keep doing what they are doing. Don't really know what else they could be doing better as they do everything very well.

Cons – Nothing specific to Halstead... as with 99.99% of brokerages - it's all commission.
