Pros
low stress, nice people and fair pay
you can learn the basis in a very short term
yearly cash bonus
very good benefits
Cons
delaying deliveries making difficult to stay ahead with the production
per hour rate is steady but low
smoking is permitted
Advice to Senior Management
managers may invest more time to share what is going on and what are the plans for the future of Hamilton Safe. They also may find appropriate to offer carrier development to their employees
